The experience developed in the course Costs for Management of the Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness Man
agement (UNLPam) shows how the curricular integration of extension activities strengthens the link between
university and territory. Through work with the Condalia agroecological mill, an enterprise led by graduates of
the same Faculty, students apply cost analysis tools in a real case, facing the challenges of agroecological pro
duction, artisanal processing, and marketing in short supply chains. The process combines lectures, tutorials,
interviews, field visits, and tours of the processing plant, and culminates in the development of diagnoses and
improvement proposals for the company. Learning outcomes are evident on three levels: academically, students
develop technical and transversal competencies; territorially, the company receives useful inputs for its man
agement and sustainability; institutionally, the Faculty consolidates a linkage strategy that integrates teaching,
extension, and research. More than immediate results, the value of the experience lies in the processes: in the
co-construction of knowledge, in the mutual recognition between university and community, and in the possibility
of extending this dynamic to other agribusiness SMEs in La Pampa. Thus, the public university reaffirms its role
in training committed professionals and accompanying the transformation of the territory to which it belongs.
